1. Orders & Payments

• All orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

• Please ensure that your delivery information, phone number, and email address are correct before completing your order.

• Once an order has been confirmed, changes to the order may not be possible.

• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price shown at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

2. Product Availability

Our products are available while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device. Jewelry may also have minor variations due to its handmade or individually crafted nature.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery times depend on your location and the selected delivery option.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or provide a safe delivery arrangement.

How Split Orders Work

If you order multiple items in a single purchase, they may be fulfilled from different locations:

• Separate Packages: Items stored in our local Lagos warehouse will ship immediately, while international items will dispatch from our overseas hubs.

• No Extra Shipping Fees: You will only be charged the delivery rate displayed at checkout—we cover any extra costs associated with split shipments.

• Multiple Tracking Numbers: If your order arrives in separate parcels, you will receive individual tracking codes for each package so you can monitor every stage of delivery.

Delivery Charges

Shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on your delivery address, total package weight, and selected delivery speed.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Note that we will not offer an exchange or process a return based on a wrong ring size or “I changed my mind” basis. It is advisable that you confirm your ring size before your purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be intact where applicable.

• Proof of purchase/order details must be provided.

• Items must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, body jewelry, and certain intimate or personal-use accessories may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method / bank transfer / store credit or voucher.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable / refundable in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.

7. Jewelry Care

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for longer:

• Keep jewelry away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

• Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping where appropriate.

• Store pieces separately in a dry place to reduce scratches and tarnishing.

• Clean gently using an appropriate soft jewelry cloth.

Natural changes such as tarnishing, fading, or discoloration may occur depending on the material, environment, skin chemistry, and method of use. These normal changes are not necessarily considered manufacturing defects.

8. Fashion Items & Sizing

Please check the size guide and product measurements before ordering.

If you are unsure about your size, contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist where possible.

9. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order and before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and may not be subject to our return/exchange policy.

10. Unclaimed or Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address or phone number, or refused delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

11. Customer Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information provided during checkout, including your name, contact details, and delivery information, will only be used as necessary to process your order, provide customer support, and fulfill deliveries, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
